The exhibit user presses a button to generate mist within the exhibit. A diaphragm under the table collects the mist and after a few seconds, with a sudden press of the table top, a huge ring of cloud emerges from the center of the exhibit. By varying the way they press on the table top, different shapes, speed and sizes of cloud rings can be made. This exhibit gives them the opportunity to learn about complex movements, friction, cause and effect and the beauty of patterns in nature.
